No OSD anymore when pressing and holding the select button on Apple TV 2 #180

when using the confluence skin in XBMC, normally if I press and hold the select 
button on the apple tv 2 remote the OSD shows the Buffering status and 
information about current show.

when I do this now I get the show playing in the background and a transparent 
menu.
