Create Metapack location #197

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable Create Metapack menu option
2. Run the Create Metapack
3. Completes successfully but can't find the zip file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Hoping to have a zip file or multiple zip files containing the meta data. It 
may have worked but I can't find the zips.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest, tried on Windows and Linux.

Please provide any additional information below.
Where should the output zip(s) be located?
