Plugin updates #1

The plugin should be updatable like any other public WordPress plugin.

I've seen some guides on making use of Github releases for plugin updates and that is the path wprsrv is going to take unless any overly difficult obstables appear.

Pointers and suggestions on "updates from Github" welcome.

Tried following along this Tuts+ walkthrough. All seemed to go as it should, but the plugin did not show any updates inside wp-admin when testing with dummy version data and the 0.0.1 test release at GitHub. Further testing and tinkering needed.
