add react-toolbox dependency + test-example using it

added react-toolbox as a dependency, and various setup

sample theming + yarn toolbox target for generating style
sample page, to see that it is possible to use the components
unit test, testing the sample page
started some development docs, with reasons for the dependencies in package.json
