Nuget install fails #9

Hi there @rasmusjp. Nice plugin :thumbsup: The Nuget install fails to include package.manifest and references to assemblies.

Hi, thanks for letting me know. I've just uploaded a new package to NuGet which includes the package.manifest file.

I'm not sure why the assembly isn't being referenced, it's in the package and it gets referenced when I install the NuGet package.

Can you try to install the new package and see if you still are having problems.
