[Feature Request] Remember Playback speed. #102

the App implemeted default playback speed in the last release, but it's suitable for podcasts, hopefuly a it can remember the playback speed when I change it in the player screen. maybe two options, one for default speed, and another for remeber playback speed.

ShelfPlayer will remember your playback speed. Its already implemented.
