[Bug] Failed downloads won't be able to cancel or retry #107

Current Behavior

I am using the lastest app store release, and my device has sufficent storage remaining. When downloads failed(maybe the poor internet connection), the app showing a loading icon, not the progress icon or failed icon. unable to cancel or retry.

Expected Behavior

Ability to retry or cancel failed download.
