creating a bookmark without a title causes app to be unusable #151

I created a bookmark with an empty title and now whenever I try and use the app I'm stuck "offline" and if I try and go online the app just stays on the offline screen. In the logs on the server I see:

[MeController] createBookmark invalid title

whenever trying to go online

I cannot reproduce your issue, what version of ABS, ShelfPlayer, etc. are you using? how did you create the bookmark?
