The syntax for a nested list using "- " in Issues does not render as an actual nested list, but it is displayed correctly in README.md files.

This issue has been resolved. It was not related to issues or README.md, but rather it was caused by the Flomo extension installed in Chrome, which affected the display of bulleted lists on GitHub. GitHub markdown bullets not displaying in Chrome
