Raspberry Pi OS 64 Bullseye xrdp issue #194

The tab showing opened applications is not showing and also the title bar is not showing(close,minimize,maximize) when connecting to xrdp.

It seems like there's an issue with mutter when connecting to xrdp.

temporary workaround is running lxsession -s LXDE -e LXDE on a terminal. The ui changes and would show the titlebar and taskbar properly but the ui is changed.

Problem has been identified as an incompatibility between mutter and xorgxrdp as delivered in Raspberry PI OS Buster.

See neutrinolabs/xrdp#2050 for more details and recommended workarounds.
