Doubleclick on a file does not give visual focus to a minimised app #225

Doubleclick on a file does not give visual focus to an app that is minimised to the launch bar.

Reproduce: open a text file in geany, minimise geany. Now doubleclick on any .txt file. You wil see that this will actually open the file in Geany, however Geany does not get the focus. This happens like that with all applications that I tested (Gimp etc). I expect something visual to happen when I doubleclick on a file.

I get the same behaviour you describe above on Ubuntu on my laptop. Perhaps consistency amongst mainstream Linux distros is a good thing?

Still, I expect something visual to happen when I doubleclick on a file. Isn't that how all visual OS'ses work since 1992?

It also happens if the window is on the screen behind other windows. It does not jump to the front. Works OK on Bookworm X11 so its a Wayland thing.
