Unable boot from pxe with bootcode.bin RP-2B #1054

I have a Huawey router with a dhcp server and other Linux machine with a tftp server and no dhcp server. I would like to know if is posible that RP-2B running bootcode.bin from SD, get the IP from dhcp Huawey server and download the booting files from the other Linux tftp server. On the other hand, i attach the tcpdump capture, seems that Huawey router offer a IP but RP don't like it. Thanks in advance
