apt mirror has incorrect URL resulting in 404 error #4291

E: Failed to fetch http://mirror1.ku.ac.th/raspbian/raspbian/pool/main/libg/libgd2/libgd-tools_2.2.5-5.2_armhf.deb 404 Not Found [IP: 158.108.4.211 80]

Correct URL: http://mirror1.ku.ac.th/raspbian/pool/main/libg/libgd2/libgd-tools_2.2.5-5.2_armhf.deb

The whole mirror "http://mirror1.ku.ac.th" has the URL issue.
