basedir-spec is not defined? #28

Whenever I try to run maynard, that comes up. Any fix?

This comes up where? How? What are the conditions? Please give more information.

I suspect it's talking about $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR not being defined, which the script goes to pains to set up for you.
