clean and improve README.md #1111

  1. remove the full list of args because is confusing and easy to find on the code
  2. remove networks that are not in imx500-models repo
  3. adding Color Format column
  4. adding "--fps" where the best fps is not the default in the code
  5. make it the full command by adding python
