fix minor typo and make converter for popcorn comply with stdint types #21

fixed some typo at "mkdir build" line so the user can copy and paste the command to their terminal

Some time ago, I was able to compile this program with this modification on Windows using MSYS2, then I recorded some of my screen capture footage for use in testing my converter build under Windows.
