This is the tutorial/doc, to be included with the installer.
It's authored in Markdown, but we can convert it to HTML with a build step, and include the HTML version with the installer. That file can be launched in the user's default browser when the installer finishes.
Just for clarity, the ReadMe.md in this PR is the project root ReadMe, intended as a project overview for devs. The tutorial.md is what end users will see in some form.
