Corrected the spelling for Kyiv #871

Currently the timezone setting for Kyiv is spelled as Europe/Kiev. This is incorrect as the official spelling is Kyiv, more info can be found here. This PR corrects the spelling.

For a bit of extra context, the equivalent update to the tz database was included in the 2022b release.

Might be worth checking whether it breaks the timezone in the legacy release which may not have the corrected spelling yet.
