shift-click on label StringMorphs causes failed attempt to open 'mini editor' #221

Some change in the Squeak 5.1 image has meant that shift-click on a StringMorph - used for many labels - tries to open a 'mini editor' and that leads to Pango font related errors

Lock all the relevant StringMorphs!

Quite a few stringmorphs to lock for this. They used to obey a preference but it seems only the dockingbarmenumorhps take notice now.
