hello, improvement request #231

Create a sprite, same width as stage. Let this sprite "say 'hello'". There is no balloon visible. Only when this sprite is moved right or left until enough space to the edges is available the balloon gets visible.

This is same behavior as in legacy scratch 1.4, so no bug.
