Just zapping ancient pull requests carried over when this repo was transferred across to the correct org. Yes, at some point, but legit no spare cycles to think about markdown atm and actually we've kind of got used to navigating this resource with it looking like that...! This is a resource primarily used by the RPTL comms team, as well as others at RPTL who produce external-facing content if they're being delightfully diligent - we aren't expecting anyone outside RPTL to adopt our style, though people can of course refer to it - so it would be surprising if it greatly impacted many outside our team.
