对于目录和chm内文选择不同的编码格式 #154

希望能在目录和内容提供不同的编码格式的选择, 
因为我最近打开一个chm文件, 
它的目录和正文的编码格式是不同的
另外我发现, 在尝试点击几个正文里面的链接之后, 
再改变iChm的编码格式, 它会只改变目录的编码
