Provider-Ticker is too slow. Old style back? #638

There is a Ticker with the providers since the WebSMS style hat changed.
The Problem is that i use 3 Providers. I have to wait quite a while to see how 
many sms i have left.
Would be nice to get the "old-stlye" back or @ least get rid of the 
Provider-Ticker somehow and show the remaining sms-counter right away.

clicking the icon in the top left corner will show a dialog with all your 
balances (only if more than 2 connectors are showing their balance).
update will be available soon.

Ohh, i see. I have to click something first? But i would like to get totaly rid 
of the Provider-Ticker. I would like to see the Balances at any time. Is it not 
possible to get the "old style" or there might be a different solution for this.

the library used does not provide non-fixed-sized titlebars. that's the reason 
for this solution.
