Add Vibrate only in Silent Mode Option to Notification Settings #643

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Having the phone in not silent mode.
2. Receive SMS when vibrate and sound notifications in SMSdroid are enabled

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
only sound is played.

What version of the product are you using? 
SMSdroid v1.1.7 on Galaxy Nexus with ICS 4.0.2

Please provide any additional information below.
It would be great if you could add the option vibrate only if in silent mode as 
the ICS default SMS App has.
