What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Non-English Locale (I'm using Russian)
2. View Message Details

What is the expected output? 
Received: 20.01.2012 10:00

What do you see instead?
Полученно: дд.мм.гггг чч:мм
(in English:
Received: dd.mm.yyyy hh:mm)

What version of the product are you using? "Last" is not appropriate. Make
sure you tell at least which app you are using. On what operating system?
SMSDroid

Please provide any additional information below.

I this the issue is when you trying to replace / sformat date using localized 
string.

Hello, I include screenshots of app with English and Russian Locale.
Please take a look on the "Received" line.
