If No Network Connection Hold Message and Send When Network / Data Connection Returns #690

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Send a Message When No Network/Data Connection Available (i.e. Train 
Tunnel/Underground)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Native Android App Stores Message and Send as soon as Data connection is 
restored, websmsdroid just fails the send.

What version of the product are you using? "Last" is not appropriate.
4.2.8

Make sure you tell at least which app you are using. On what operating system?
Android 2.3.5 / ROM - Swedish Snow RLS3 / ZTE Blade

Holding a message until "data connection is restored" might be undesirable in 
some cases. Network might actually be turned off completely and indefinitely.
Might be better to retry several times instead and then alert the user if it is 
still failing.
The user can then configure how many times websms should retry sending a 
message.
