Delivery report for regular SMS (GSM) in SMSdroid #711

It should be possible to activate the delivery reports for regular SMS, sent 
over the GSM network via SMSdroid. In other SMS it is possible to activate this 
function, I think it is also implementet in the stock SMS App of Android.

Maybe it is possible to change the Type of this Issue to Enhancement...!?
