SMSDroid - Text input field size

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Entering text when composing a long SMS
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The field is not expanding to show the whole SMS. You have to scroll up and 
down in order to read the whole SMS prior to sending. It would be great if the 
field expanded for longer SMS so that the whole message could be seen and read. 

What version of the product are you using? 

SMSDroid: v1.3.2
Android: v4.0.4
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9300

I think this can be considered fixed since 
https://github.com/felixb/smsdroid/pull/7 has been merged (which tried to 
address this).
