--location <location> option to open the map at a particular spot. #135

The problem

It would be great to be able to open the map to a particular spot instead of needing to zoom in from the top level.

Proposed solution

--location Either a city name (can probably use a google map service to get a x /y coordinate) or an x/y explicitaly.
