Adding vagrantfile the people who love automated builds.

I've merged the change to the README into the development branch (I keep the master branch as a replica of the latest release that is published).

I've omitted the Vagrant build, as I'd rather only have one means of distribution "officially" supported. Helps keep troubleshooting / requests for support a bit more under control :slightly_smiling_face:
