Make site reference spec published at spec. subdomain #9

Currently, it looks like the documentation website is pulling in the Swagger spec from assets/spec.yml. Instead, it should pull the spec from the publicly accessible spec. subdomain:

spec.staging.rasterfoundry.com
spec.rasterfoundry.com
