Python 2.7 builds are failing #46

Today it's only Python 2.7 on the OS X build server, and because of nghttp2 :confus https://travis-ci.com/github/rasterio/rasterio-wheels/builds/163828252.

I think the answer might be in this commit. That's where the problem first cropped up. That change has been reverted since, but that job hasn't passed since.

I'm clearing all the caches and rebuilding.

Solution: delete the python 2.7 + macosx row of the build matrix. No 1.1.4 wheels for these users :disappointed:
