What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add fbzx-wii to USB hard drive
2. Remove SD card
3. Launch fbzx-wii from Homebrew Channel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: fbzx-wii starts
Actual: Black screen then back to homebrew channel

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v2, Wii

Please provide any additional information below.
If SD card is in then it launches fine and does read game images from USB drive
directory,

This is the normal behaviour. fbzx-wii loads some files which are expected to
be in the sd card (configurations, splash screen, etc.). Usb support is to load
tape and snapshot files from an USB disk.

How do you choose to load a file from USB? The file manager included doesn't
allow me to change from SD to USB

The usb device should be inserted before the FBZX startup and then you have to
select "USB" in the tools menu (Maybe I have to say that in the instructions).

Cool! I didn't see that option the first time. Now I am having problems trying
to load files from a folder containing 11000 roms... I guess that's too much?

The program sort the file list. Sorting 11000 items could be a problem. Try to
split the folder in subfolders.
