Add event triggering annotation removal

Add an cross plus event to the visually represented annotation of #197, triggering the proper removal of the annotation. This should trigger the following:

• remove visually represented annotation (part of this issue)
• remove bounding box annotatorious #200
• remove annotation from triple store #201
