Change Field definitions Bird Domain #271

Make the field definitions work of the Bird Domain before pushing the new code to the new server.

[x] Make common prefLabel and scientificName altLabel in ioc definition
[x] Retrieve object with all names in concept scheme
[x] Filter based on class (commonName vs scientificName)
[ ] Prefetch based on substring if it is doable in reasonable amount of time
