Create connection SPARQL endpoints #45

Setup initial code getting around 10 ?s ?p ?o of a specified sparql endpoint. Connections are made to rijksmuseum and an accurator instance. Set this up so it is a call in the middleware:

create file middleware
add request that can fire queries
add basic query
output results
