Generated javascript id is not a valid NCName #157

With WiQuery 1.2.1, the identifier for the generated script tag starts with a 
number. This is not a valid NCName, causing our HTML validation to fail. Please 
change the id to something like 'wiquery-gen-1296828030651' in stead of 
'1296828030651wiquery-gen'.
