Special effects broken in 6.9.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Try to use any special effects such as Blind.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect special effects to work, instead, the browser complains "NetworkError: 
404 Not Found - 
https://myhost/wicket/resource/org.odlabs.wiquery.ui.effects.CoreEffectJavaScrip
tResourceReference/jquery.effects.core.js"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

WiQuery/Wicket 6.9.1 on Ubuntu Linux 13.04

Providing a good description and a patch or a quickstart [1] will really
help us fixing the problem quickly! Please provide any additional
information below.

Digging into the source shows that CoreEffectJavaScriptResourceReferences is 
pointing to "jquery.effects.core.js", where as the actual resource name is 
"jquery.ui.effect.js". Other resource references such as that in 
BlindEffectJavaScriptResourceReference are also incorrect.
