Minimize the progress popup leaves a phantom window even after finished

1. Minimize the progress window before it closes.
2. After finished, the window and The Unarchiver icon are both still present in 
the Dock. Restoring it shows the popup, now blank, that can't be closed. Would 
have to manually quit.

Pretty minor one ;)

Looks like this is kind of an OS X bug, really, but I figured out how to work 
around it, so it should be fixed now.
