double-channel-mf3 deals with duplicate signalname in CNBlock for mdfinfo3 #22

change in mdfinfo3.py:
concerns mf3 files with duplicated signalnames
handles these cases by adding _{channel} to the signalname
(still duplication possible)

Thanks for the contribution. I have to test the modifications in mdfinfo3, seems to me correct. Just a comment, your print use is not compatible with python3, you need to use (). I will modify it after merge.
