FreeType scripts could be more robust #16

The scripts that handle configuring/building FreeType on OS X can break if
the user cancels in the middle of the build and then tries rebuilding. 

Looks like they're not checking the best file, and it's also mysterious
that it's two steps instead of one -- why not just have one script that can
loop back and rebuild if necessary? Been a while since the Xcode project
was set up; could probably use some love.
