Actor::GetUVs() arguments mixup #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check API documentation or Actor.h for arguments order - 
Actor::GetUVs(Vector2 &upright, Vector2 &lowleft);
2. Check Actor.cpp for real arguments order - Actor::GetUVs(Vector2 &lowleft, 
Vector2 &upright);

Affected versions: v2.2 and current svn trunk.

Good catch. Fixed in the updates branch, which will be shortly merged in to 
trunk.
