Fix Build Errors #8

There are some warnings on Windows, but we're using pretty conservative
warn settings right now. The Mac has a *ton* of hidden warnings. 

The engine should build with no warnings on the strictest settings on both
platforms. This is important philosophically, but pragmatically, for what
the engine is designed to do, not terribly worrisome. In a lot of cases
fixing these warnings would make the code less understandable.

Because the libraries we use (and the headers they include) cause all kinds of
warnings anyway, this is kind of moot. But, as it says in the initial 
description,
not the end of the world.
