IntroGame console backspace #86

Enhancement:
1. Use a swedish keyboard that is correctly configured in the os.
2. Compile the latest IntroGame (from GitHub) on Ubuntu 12.04.
3. Goto the console demo screen (DemoScreenConsole.cpp) and open up the console.
4. Press and hold the key a for some seconds. Note how several 'a's are printed.
5. You might expect that they can be deleted just as easily, by pressing and 
holding backspace, but in that case you are wrong.

I'm guessing this is related to the keyboard issues you're reporting in 85, as 
I can't reproduce it with a US keyboard.
