LabelPlus does not apply labels when magnets are added. #24

LabelPlus lables are not applied automatically when magnets are added instead of .torrent files.

It's worth noting that vanilla labels are not added either. So I can see where this may be a Deluge glitch. If so please tell me what to ask for in the Deluge issue tracker. I don't have this problem with other software like rtorrent or utorrent. So it seems like Deluge is missing something basic.

There is no information about files in magnets, Deluge needs to download even filelist from seeds. Autolabeling is possible per torrent name etc.
