Feature Request: Could you add dht_settings also? #3

I'm trying to tune dht parameters, but only found a few option for dht in ltconfig Could you include options for libtorrent.set_dht_settings() also? ref: http://www.libtorrent.org/reference-Settings.html#dht-settings

DHT settings should be available if your version of libtorrent supports it.
