feat: Replace raw! and styled! with span! macro #30

This was a breaking change and I didn't add feat! in the title.

Should I rewrite history or add a new empty commit with that links to this commit indicating that this was a breaking change?

Either is fine. Depends how much you care about letting git-cliff just do its own thing. Run it with -u to see what things look like.

I haven't been diligent with the commit history here, so it's not particularly useful.
