Feature Request: Add HA MQTT Autodiscovery for Lockout #20

From the documentation it seems lockout is supposed by sending a specific payload via MQTT, but this feature as far as I can tell is not auto discovered in homeassistant

fyi, i tested the lockout security+ commands by manually posting lock to ratgdo-garage/command/lock and it succesfully locked my remotes. I looked at #49 and i think this will be a great addition since it already seems to work manually. thanks @rfinnie !

Awesome glad to see it added. Now just need a new release so I can flash my ratdgo 🤞
