3r Job Skill Not Working in Pre Re

• Description of Issue:
  • Result: When i use full throwle or any 3erjob Skill in renewall its not working.
  • Expected Result: I need when i use skills no give me error
  • How to Reproduce: Diff your emulator in prenrewall and try use any skill of 3rjob with "sc_"(status change), you can view in console the next error.
  • Official Information: in old emulator 2jobs in prenrewall can use skill of 3er job.
• Modifications that may affect results:

  Original source no mods. Only try put skill in angra manyu or skill tree, any way its not working

They disable it in the previous commits. It will only work on RE

Renewal Job skills are not designed to work in Pre-Renewal without a large refactor, which is not in the scope of rAthena.

3rd skills still work on pre-re, just the database has been removed from it. It's clearer and easier to update the database for us. Import the renewal db in pre-re if you want to use 3rd skills.
