Incorrect plugin name in the README #3

Problem

The plugin name displayed in the README is wrong. The ID of the plugin is not actually used by the plugin search bar.

Expected behavior

Fix the name to match the one which can be used to find the plugin, either by renaming the plugin display name, or updating the README.

folders2graph is the technical name of the plugin, meanwhile Folders to Graph is the display one. So the README will be edited to display Folders to Graph.

The name of the plugin in the realeased README is also not valid. Fixed in a7b6558978e9c20415908a325e0d366160874096.
